About Us

Pack 391 Cub Scouts & Leaders

For nearly 40 years Cub Scout Pack 391 has been supporting the development of boys and families in Garner, North Carolina by providing lessons and memories that last a lifetime.  The goal of our program is to foster the development of boys during their 1st through 5th grade years and prepare them to crossover into Boy Scouts at the end of their 5th grade year.  Garner United Methodist Church is also home to one of the oldest and most successful Boy Scout Troops in the state, Troop 391, which has developed more than 100 Eagle Scouts.

Unlike many "afterschool" activities, scouting provides an inclusive experience for the families and parents who can participate along with their scout, we strongly encourage parent participation by joining our Pack Committee or Volunteering as a leader in the pack.

Our Pack meets each Monday night at 7 pm at Garner United Methodist Church during the traditional school year.

All prospective new scouts are invited to attend the first Pack Meeting of the new year Monday August 28, 2017. Or come and join us at any other Den meeting or Pack meeting during the year.
