About Us

For over 48 years Cub Scout Pack 391 has been supporting the development of youth and families in Garner, North Carolina by providing lessons and memories that last a lifetime.  The goal of our program is to foster the development of girls and boys during their elementary school years and prepare them to crossover into Scouts BSA at the end of their 5th grade year.  Garner United Methodist Church is also home to one of the oldest and most successful Scouts BSA Troops in the state, Troop 391, which has developed more than 100 Eagle Scouts.

Unlike many "afterschool" activities, Scouting provides an inclusive experience for the families and parents who can participate along with their scout.  We strongly encourage parent participation by joining our Pack Committee or Volunteering as a leader in the pack.

Our Pack meets each Monday night at 7 pm at Garner United Methodist Church during the traditional school year.

All prospective new scouts are invited to attend any other Den or Pack meeting during the year.
